UK mainland -
We use Royal Mail for small and medium sized shipments and Interlink Express and DPD couriers for bulky, heavy or high value items as well as for all orders over £100 in total which is free to you as a buyer.
Items sent by Royal Mail usually take between 2-3 days and of course, once Royal Mail have the package, we have no control over their delivery times.
Items sent by Interlink Express or DPD will usually be sent on a next day service.
We know how important it is when sending and receiving items and we really do have many many years of experience with all the courier companies and we know from years of experience who the best ones are, which is why we will not use certain couriers and only the few that we consider to be the best in the industry. That is why we use Interlink Express and DPD for our UK and Europe deliveries. The huge benefit for you as a customer is the 'Predict' service which will give you an hour time slot of when you can expect your delivery, so no more of the usual having to wait around all day. You can also track the delivery driver in real time on the day of delivery so you know exactly where they are. We love the service and so do our customers and remember that you get all that for free if your order is over £100!
We use Royal Mail 'international signed for' for small and medium sized shipments and selected couriers including UPS and FedEx for bulky, heavy or high value items.
International delivery times can vary and rely a lot on customs clearance etc, but we try to give as best estimate on delivery as we can.
Please note that customers are fully responsible for any applicable import duties due on your purchase and we will not be held responsible for any customs fees. We always mark packages to their true value.
Where any applicable tracking information is available, we will supply this to you.
